Privacy Policy

Effective August 11, 2026

FalconCore LLC (“FalconCore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Delaware limited liability company. This Policy explains how we handle information through FalconCore.co, corporate communications, and shared services. DivinePair is a FalconCore product, not a separate legal entity, and its additional product-specific data practices are described at divinepair.life/privacy-policy.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact and identity information, such as your name, business email, telephone number, organization, and role.
  • Information you provide in inquiries, project discussions, forms, support requests, or other correspondence.
  • Business and project information provided while evaluating or delivering services.
  • Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, security events, and basic website analytics.
  • Communication preferences and records of consent, opt-out requests, and verification activity.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; evaluate, provide, secure, and improve services; authenticate users; deliver requested verification codes and transactional notices; manage client and vendor relationships; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal obligations; and establish or defend legal claims. We do not use information collected through FalconCore.co to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

3. DivinePair and other products

FalconCore may operate products under distinct names, including DivinePair. FalconCore LLC remains the legal operator unless a product notice expressly identifies another entity. Product-specific policies describe the additional information, purposes, providers, retention periods, and consumer rights applicable to that product. Information is not automatically combined across products merely because FalconCore operates them; access is limited according to business purpose and authorization.

4. Mobile information and SMS

We do not sell or rent mobile telephone numbers. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose mobile information to service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver, secure, support, and troubleshoot requested messages, including account verification and security notifications, or when legally required.

Message frequency varies based on your requests and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. We retain consent and messaging records as reasonably necessary to document compliance, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to infrastructure, communications, security, analytics, payment, professional-advisory, and other service providers that process it for FalconCore under appropriate restrictions; to a client when necessary to perform an authorized engagement; in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale subject to appropriate protections; or when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and system integrity. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Cookies and analytics

We may use essential cookies for security, session management, and preferences. If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this Policy and provide consent controls where required. The public FalconCore website does not currently use personal information for third-party behavioral advertising.

7. Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, contractual and support obligations, security, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. Retention periods vary by record type. Product-specific retention periods are described in the applicable product policy.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including access controls, authentication, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, and vendor controls. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent where applicable. Some information may be retained when required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, contracts, or legal claims. Applicable rights vary by jurisdiction. Contact us using the address below.

10. International processing and children

FalconCore is based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other locations where authorized providers operate. FalconCore.co is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. Individual products may impose a higher minimum age in their own terms.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in services, practices, or law. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when legally required.

12. Contact
