1. Agreement and operator

These Terms of Use govern your access to FalconCore.co and the corporate services made available through it. The website is operated by FalconCore LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“FalconCore,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. FalconCore products and services

FalconCore develops and operates technology products and provides engineering, consulting, management, and related services. DivinePair is a product and service operated by FalconCore LLC; it is not a separate legal entity. DivinePair’s consumer services are governed by the product-specific terms, privacy policy, agreements, and purchase disclosures published at divinepair.life. If corporate Terms and product-specific terms address the same product transaction, the product-specific terms control for that transaction.

3. Permitted use

You may use this website for lawful informational and business purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected areas, impersonate another person, violate intellectual-property rights, or use the website to facilitate unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.

4. No offer or professional advice

Public website content is general information and does not constitute a binding proposal, warranty, legal advice, financial advice, security certification, or other professional advice. A consulting or development engagement begins only under a separate written agreement signed by FalconCore and the client.

5. Intellectual property

The website, its original content, branding, design, and materials are owned by FalconCore or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. FalconCore client deliverables and ownership rights are governed by the applicable written client agreement.

6. SMS and verification terms

FalconCore and its products, including DivinePair, may send transactional text messages such as one-time passcodes, identity or account verification codes, security alerts, account notices, and requested service updates. Messages are sent only after you provide a mobile number and request or consent to the applicable communication.

  • Message frequency varies based on your requests and account activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to opt out of messages from the sending number. Reply HELP for assistance.
  • Opting out may prevent delivery of verification codes and may limit features that require phone verification.
  • Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. We do not send marketing texts unless you separately and expressly consent.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Third-party services

The website may link to or interoperate with third-party providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. FalconCore is not responsible for third-party websites or services, but we select and manage service providers according to the commitments described in our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PUBLIC WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. FALCONCORE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FALCONCORE AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE PUBLIC WEBSITE. RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES RELATING TO PAID SERVICES ARE GOVERNED BY THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT TERMS OR WRITTEN CLIENT AGREEMENT.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the FalconCore Privacy Policy. Product-specific processing by DivinePair is additionally described in the DivinePair Privacy Policy.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms as our website and services change. The effective date above identifies the current version. These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
